    Default Adding Foam for Floatation

If one were to add foam to this boat that I知 re-doing, how would you do it? What type of foam? Cheap, and easy, I知 not going to get too involved on this one.

I知 probably just going to glass in both seats completely, and then shoot foam in; but there are smarter people on this site than I, so I知 open for input. Glass in just the back to float the motor if it capsized?

Yes, I know it does not help with draft.

US Composites Closed Cell is what I'm most likely going to use. It's good foam.

Those saying don't, have you ever sank a boat?

No, have never sunk a boat, but have cut plenty open to remove waterlogged foam. But if you glass the seats in and they are water tight the air will keep the boat from sinking.
