Default Dead body found in congaree

    https://www.wltx.com/amp/article/new...c-8c570c639095

Discovered yesterday by some boaters at Devro. Just up the river from where we run. Buddy of mine was at the ramp when DNR brought the body in. Said it was in gnarly shape. Wonder what happened

"Dead body" always seemed redundant to me. If you say, "I found a body" means dead to me.

Now if they knew the sex assuming they didn't misgender this person, how do they not know the race?

I get the age, but if your gonna say it was a male seems like you could say it was a caucasian male? or a African American male???

I get the color changes, but generally it is easier to tell race than sex if they have been dead that long.

If foul play - someone probably dumped it awhile back and the flood water brought it out

That may be one of the most classless comments I have seen on this site.

Wtf, are you making a joke? If you know that name you know it happened so long ago there would only be bones left. And they couldn’t make that identity at the ramp. The hell man? You’re a fucking dumbass.

Good to see I wasn’t the only one that thought that comment was way too far

Gosh I say some brutal stuff, but that was totally uncalled for. I had to google her to see who she was.

Maybe Mud wasn't joking but was being sincere? Everyone is making a lot of assumptions off of a simple posted question. Maybe the fella didn't read the posted article?

Every time I see a headline like this, Dail is the first thought that crosses my mind; this time was no exception. Maybe Mud didn't click the link or read beyond the first sentence...I'm guilty of that a lot. I can't fathom anyone on here being that stupid and classless.

    Dail was a woman,

The person found was a man.

    And perhaps Whitewaterduck is right????
