The Supreme Court hasn't fully decided the Texas border issue. All they did was lift an injunction put in place by a lower court. The full case has not been decided on its merits. There are procedural rules with time limits that dictate when the case can be heard. For instance there are time limits to submit briefs before oral arguments are scheduled and the case is fully decided. Trumps ballot case is set for oral arguments on Feb. 8. He recently submitted his brief on the issue. This isn't some conspiracy by the Supreme Court.

Thanks for the clarification/update. I figured that might be the case, but the fact they took any action more than kicking it back to whatever court they needed to kick it back to is concerning….well I’m assuming “fact;” hopefully the kicked it back and the lesser court removed the injunction. Regardless, good to know they didn’t hurriedly hear the case and permanently screw this pooch.

Point stands….if DJT isn’t elected, there will be 30+ million illegals, 99% of which don’t speak English and are unskilled, that will, sooner than later, be granted the right to vote…and if you think they will vote for anything other than a welfare state, you can not be helped.

That is the current law but don't hold onto that too long cause the trend to to grant citizenship and all that goes along with that. Listen to what liberals are saying as they are not lying about their intent.

2th congress will eventually grant citizenship to all illegals. When they talk about a pathway to citizenship the are talking amnesty and citizenship. The citizenship will not be earned by the current process and time limits but granted to our new protected class.
