Can't help with the mountains rental, but was about to pull the trigger on a condo at hhi in March at $108 per night for three nights. After fees and whatnots, the tab would been $750. Screw that.

We stayed at a place in rumbing bald a couple years ago. I think there was about 15 head so I can't say that's what you need but it might be worth looking at.

Yup check VRBO they’re usually a better deal.

We got a place at Jocassee for 4 nights this summer. Cleaning and service fee combined is about $150.

We still have my grandads old house in mill spring. We used to go to chimney rock while him and grandma were taking a nap. It's not far from lake lure.

Yeah they’re a few available in rumbling bald. We have 3 couples going plus kids so need about a 5 bedroom. Kiddos are young. Hell grandparents ain’t what they used to be. This new generation is like I’m coming to see the kids but I ain’t taking them with me. Man all the cousins would get shipped to our great grandmas it would be 4-5 of us on the weekends.
