    Default leupold vx5 4-20 vs vx6 4-24

Has anyone compared these two side by side? If so is there any difference in the glass? Any comparison to the 3-15x56 or an ER5 3-15x56 would be nice also. Much difference between the 52mm and the 56mm?

I have the vx5 3-15x56 as well as an ER5 3-15x56 and either will allow you to shoot later than you should.

I have 2 ER5s and love them. Want something with a little more magnification as I want to set this up for longer range. Curious how much difference between the 52mm and 56mm at dusk.

Practically none. I have the 3-15X56 VX5HD on a B14 and it’s dang good and I’m not a Leupold fan. I have an ER5 on a Tikka .308, like Ed said, it’ll let you see later than you should. Both optics perform very well. Can’t say on the VX6, don’t own one. I have two S&B Stratos and a Leica Magnus as well, they’re slightly crisper in low light but not worth the additional costs unless you can find them marked down like I did.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

The human pupil can only dilate so much.
