Long tiller handle

Any recommendations for a tiller extension for a 40hp Yamaha 4 stroke? Found a good grab bar. I’ve Never used a tiller extension before, and the ones I find of google keep specifying they’re for 25hp outboards. Don’t know if that actually makes a difference or if those are safe to use.

On my first boat I had, I made my own. I didn’t like the off the shelf ones, they always felt flimsy. I took a 2” piece of pvc, cut a couple slits in it on one end so it could tighten down on the handle with two hose clamps. It was very sturdy. I miss that boat.
