    I try. But everyone seems to think that more prep, more ingredients and more work = better product.

    Scrambled eggs are as good as they're going to get. A rib roast needs oil/fat, S/P, a lot of heat for a little while and a little heat for a lotta while, rest, slice, done.

    I've never deep fried one. I'd eat it but just seems like trouble what with all the oil and whatnot when you could just toss it in an oven.
