    Default Looking for a thief

Over the weekend my friend had his truck broken into in Cheraw at the Sandtrap. They stole a pair of sitka waders and his drake waders. They also stole his sbe3, a tactical beneli, a Remington 11-87 turkey gun, Remington 700 25-06 and a Glock 19x. Please let me know if you hear about any of this.

My guess is that it's someone that knows him and knows what he keeps in the truck.

Dude doesn't need to find the thief, he needs to find a safe.

Sometimes you need to leave your shit in the truck, doesn’t give anyone the right to break into it and steal it. Hope your friend has insurance.

Damn, similar thing happened to me several years ago at a restaurant in Anderson. Thieves got a Benelli M1, 9mm Shield, and a 35mm camera out of my truck. Hit a few others in the parking lot as well. They were going around grabbing door handles and if a door opened, they would go through the vehicle. That particular night I hit the unlock instead of the lock and there you go. I know, stupid, but I hate a f-ing thief.

The restaurant was right off 85 and they suspected that the thugs were hitting parking lots off exits and jumping back on the interstate. Law enforcement took fingerprints, and I had serial numbers for everything. Doubt anything ever turns up.

    Good luck

    Pictures?

Size boot on the waders? Anything distinctive? Details on the scope?

Reserving comment. Bet he wont do anything like that again.

Only thing he sent me was what I copied and pasted. Think it’s the 6th comment from the top.
