    Default 1,000,000th Model 12

Was scrolling through some pictures today and forgot I took these. I did so just to share with all the Model 12 fans within the braintrust.

While I was with my son and his 5th grade class on their Washington DC trip one of the stops was the Air & Space Museum at Dulles Airport. I happened upon the showcase that held the 1,000,000th Model 12, which was made especially for none other than General Hap Arnold himself.

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!

    I'll "re-home" that baby!
    Yup, he's crazy...

like a fox. The dude may be coming in a little too hard and crazy but 90% of everything he says is correct.

Sort of like Toof. But way smarter.

Just noticed it's choked full. That might make for a tough day on the skeet range without changing barrels.

I thought it was a neat piece of history that connected 2 of my passions... shotguns and aviation.

I think they’re cool guns and all of you that have shot them, inherited them and revere them is all kinds of cool. I’ve held them and fondled them and admired them, but I don’t think I’ve ever fired a Winchester in my life.
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

They don't put Championship rings on smooth hands
