I have some Filson work gloves. Not lined, but they stain the crap out of my hands yellow even after a year or so. They do run a little small which is different because most of their stuff runs big for me. Maybe the lined gloves don’t stain

Common sense is not a gift. It's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone else who doesn't have it.
Boat rides on a cold morning get the thick, bulky waterproof gloves. When I get to the spot and settle in to wait on sunrise I switch to Simms fleece gloves. They're a hybrid/mitten glove. The mitten flap folds back and snaps to the back of the glove. The fingers are cut half off giving you the ability to touch with bare skin whatever you need to for stuff like loading your gun, calling, etc.
Another cool feature is there's a pouch on the inner part of the wrist that can hold one of those hand warmer pouches. It warms the blood as it flows to your hand/fingers.
Then for picking up decoys on colder mornings, the long neoprenes get the nod. I'm not putting out big spreads much anymore so I usually don't even use the long neoprenes but still got em just in case. For the boat ride back I'll use the same gloves I started with.

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!

Cut them as you wish.
If it's raining, these. I've had mine for over 8 years and they still are waterproof even though the side is torn on one of them. They are just small enough that I can shoot and load shell with no problem.

God bless you all. And your $139-frickin'-dollar gloves. Holy Moses.

I keep both.. a few pairs of the old army liners and Barbours.

these have been good for me. Finger will fit in a trigger guard safely while wearing them.
I've been using the same pair of gloves since I started duck hunting. Whitewater Outdoors, fingerless fleece with a mitten thing that frees up your fingers.
Sold from Boulineaus in cherry grove. Got them as a Christmas present from my uncle. I've lost one or both of them at some point through the years. Rarely wear them except when running the boat or picking up decoys. Rubber palms have long since worn.
If I am picking up decoys a fleece lined rubber crabber's glove.

I prefer these because of the removable liner.
