    Former President Trump will attend Clemson, South Carolina football game, NBC confirms


    COLUMBIA, S.C. —
    Former President Donald Trump will attend the Clemson and South Carolina football game on Saturday, NBC News has confirmed.





    Gamecock Central publisher Brian Shoemaker first reported the news last week.

    Matt Dixon, senior politics reporter for NBC Digital Politics, confirmed the news on Monday.

    After the original report was published South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster was asked Tuesday a possible Trump sighting at the game.

    "I have no details," McMaster said. "I don't know. But long ago, Peggy and I issued him a standing invitation to come anytime he wants to, and if he comes, we'll be with him."

    "I'd like to have him here for any reason," McMaster went on to say.


    "I think it's such a good game and so exciting. I think they all ought to be here," he said.


    Game time has been set for 7:30 p.m. and the game will be televised on the SEC Network.

    The "demise" of Clemson is probably going to be an 8-4 season. That record is something you assclowns covet as success for your program. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad and true. Little brother gets back in line and loses by 14 Saturday. This still won't stop the Cock diehards from finding some way to disparage Clemson........because at this point it's all you really have to hold on to for your football season..........per usual.
