    A deer head is a lot like a tattoo it really only means something to the person who got it.
    I believe you should mount your first deer and then your best deer although eventually your best deer won't be the best deer anymore and you need to make space on a wall

    I got my first buck mounted by him back then and it still looks damn good for $175. I took another there back in the early 2000’s when his son started to take over and it looks like absolute shit and think he was charging $250 back then. They used some dry tanning chemical that was “quick and easy” and had them knocked out in 3 weeks.
