Default FYI - Your Braced Pistol Is Now Legal Again (For Now)

Long story short, there was a temporary injunction filed on the 8th; this covers the nation - not just Texas or GOA Members. It will probably be a few years before we see any permanent rulings. In the meantime - enjoy your braces (again)!

I just happened to catch the ATF trying to justify their ruling to a Congressional committee. I've never seen so much stuttering and misdirection. They just repeated the same answer over and over, no matter the question. Total waste of time and our money.

I read that 200,000 plus pistol braced ARs were registered during the 120 day period.

When your paperwork came back, what does it say in the box on the very bottom right? Approved with what conditions?

Keep in mind SBRs cannot cross state lines…pistols can.

That's the reason I have a 10.5" pistol under my seat.

They can, but not without a written permission slip from the Administration of Totalitarian Fags.

SBRs can cross state lines with prior written approval from the ATF

    That’s not a blanket “wrong”.
