    Saw this on news this am Guess next time this guy will not blow off fine or court date

    6 over and they fail their road test but in all honesty kids will do a LOT of things on a road test but they will not speed

    Run damn red lights and muck up parallel parking but they will not speed

    I was always a 10 and under driver. Usually kept up with traffic and passed some. I drove 77 from Charlotte not to long ago and the number of folks going 90-100 was crazy. Running right up on other cars and weaving in and out of semi's. Crashes at that speed can't be a good sight.
