    The deal with boletes is, apparently, none will kill you, but some will make you wish you were dead.

    I'm being very, very careful about getting the ID right first. I had a piece of one, then a whole one, then the batch you see there. They haven't bothered my stomach or anything else in the slightest. Matter of fact, they were the perfect complement to some venison burgers.
