A wise man once said, " want to catch a man cheating ?? Bait him with Poonanny "

    Still works.

Once you know a man lies how can you ever trust a word he says?
That district would be difficult for him to win given the circumstances.

My point is marriage is difficult. Staying married requires an active effort. If you have stopped trying you will live in misery or you are headed for a divorce.

    Keep on courting.

I'm perplexed in him telling the 3 kids, and flaunting it in his wife's face, and not think at some point it was going to irk her to the point she was going to want a divorce.

I'm not condoning an extramarital affair, and I get more and more people are into this open marriage business. I could never do it, and my wife has said no way she could, but I wouldnt want to. I love her to much, and just wouldnt even feel comfortable with another woman at this point in life.

We were talking the other day and she said I had to wait 2 years until after her death (if she died) before I could entertain getting married again. At the time I said I dont think I would want to be married again, but you never know till you're in that position.

All that said back to this open marriage business. Again I couldnt do that, but I would suspect that both parties would have to be on board for it to work. It doesnt sound like it was mutual in any aspects for the Ducan's. Maybe she was ok with him spending a night in the company of a young lady while in Washington, once in while the physical aspect didnt really bother her at that point in her life and relationship. But it seems obvious that she wasnt ok with Mr Ducan living with another woman, and having to listen to him espouse his faith & family line at this BBQ and then have him run off and back to the home of this young woman was just too much. That apparently crossed the line.

In other words he could have his indiscretions, but leave that trash up there in the swamp. While in SC he was expected to be good ole faith & family man, family man especially being key.
    Yup, he's crazy...

The wife looks pretty good in other pics. They picked the worst one possible. Very elegant, but simple looking lady, whom bore him 3 children. Sorta the girl next door look, but you can tell she can shine.
I imagine she inst feeling like glowing right now!

or maybe she is glowing red hot mad..........

    For Tater...

If you can replace the word with he or she or another subject pronoun, use who. If you can replace it with him or her (or another object pronoun), use whom.

Put him in same category as a TV preacher that goes to the whorehouse after church
I’ve supported Duncan also, but only because I felt he could be counted on for Conservative/Anti-Democrat positions and votes. However, every time I’ve met him at various functions I got the same impression. That is that he was/is an arrogant, narcissistic politician, and it appears I was right.

I feel like most politicians are narcissistic. I have moved past looking at their character . I don't care about their private life anymore. I just want them to do what we elected them to do , and fight for us.

This here. If you find one that represents your ideology or interests, vote for him and don't worry about his personal life. Politicians are chameleons anyway. What you see is not what you get.
