Geez, a lot of hate on Mt P. Every part of Charleston...West Ashley, Johns Island, James Island, Ladson, Goose Creek, even Summerville is over developed and full of Yankees. I remember when I lived in Snee Farm and was told I lived "way out" in Mt Pleasant.

I live in knightsville/jedburg and the traffic is awful, and the big builders keep putting in cluster homes and "townhomes." I quote it bc they are townhouses that are all rentals. Doesnt that sort of sound like an apartment?

Ride around the charleston area and notice the names on the for sale signs on a good bit of raw land then go look at the list of names on Dorchester County Council, particularly the planning commission, and get back to me, and it all makes sense.
