I’m not one to tell other people what they should/shouldn’t listen to, but I feel this podcast episode from Shawn Ryan and DJ Shipley is one of the best interviews I’ve ever listened to. Some major eye opening stuff from the worlds most elite operators, and how they combat mental health and choosing between their job and their families.
