furman doesnt suck. a D1 school will finally beat them with depth like usc did...but the starting 11 on each side aint that much different. usually a couple of big time skill players in the bigger schools.

I'm not saying he's the second coming, but Furman was ranked #6 in FBS coming into the game. They are a little better than mediocre. I was worried SC may lose the game coming into it.

I'll tell ya what Xavier Legette might not be much of an interviewee postgame, but he damn sure is trying to make a name for himself on the field. Eddie Lewis looked like he could work his way into starting line up especially with Juice not 100% and AB hurt. I hope they can work Doty in as well so he can go on to play receiver for Bill Belichick. LS looks calm cool and collected in the pocket and miles ahead of Doty as a passer.

I saw him live in the state championship game in December. Phenomenal athlete and sounds like a great young man. Wish him all the best, but I'll hold my verdict for now. Put him in this week and lemme see how he does.
