    Good to be back out. One in the flock got away, I'm sure it was banded too.

    I remember when they banded all the geese at Santee NWR. And they did neck bands on em too. People were gunning for those geese hard. If you patterned em, every goose killed had a band.

    But I digress, nice strap of honkers.

    We had a pile of them coming into a small water hole in cow pasture. Killed 23 bands in 1 afternoon. We pretty much wiped out their banding study in about 3 seasons.
