I call it literary license.

I’ve killed one gator the first year we had a season. Literal shooting fish in a barrel and the only fun was the company of the men who were with me (no homo).

I did it. Checked the box. Didn’t care for it.

I still think they need to be managed like any other species population. Just not by me.

Now I’m trying to pull a manatee tag.

Have a buddy that drew a tag and if he kills one he wants to have a plan. Will be hunting in Sumter or Clarendon county. Where to take it and what would you do with skull, hide, etc?

If he really wants to do the whole nine yards with it, I'd take it to Cordray's. Just make sure he has his checkbook ready.
