    my wife got a couple ribeyes and a filet the other night to celebrate something i dont remember.

    they sucked.
    no marbling.
    silly stupid ugly bad.

    $25/lb or some such shit.

    I'd rather grind it up into a burger and add some trim.

    Ol Timey Meat Market in Lexington ribeyes have been high as hell for a long time but they are excellent. Never gotten a bad cut of meat there.

    I used to work at the Ole Timey on St Andrew’s a long time ago. I still shop there. You won’t beat the cuts and the prices really aren’t that crazy. Ribeyes are usually $19/$20 a pound

    Don't be a dumbass. A smart guy would prep the cook grate prior to cooking.
    Hard to tell from the pic but that grate looks fine.

    Regardless, still a good idea IMO. A little wind block on the sides and a half hog would be doable.

    I'd bet a lot that that's a Mexican that came up with that. They can cook some good shit with whatever is around them.
    Crops are harvested, animals are killed.
