We all understand this 200 million includes people who watched the video multiple times, people who clicked and then quickly closed out the video, or people who merely saw the video for 2 seconds scrolling through their Twitter feed, right?

Once the 200K bound is officially offered during the legal proceeding, that doesn't mean Trump has to post it right away but the bound amount stands at 200K.
No different than any other person charged and bound set, they can pay it at a later date.

I agree with Dan Bongino, Trump should make them actually arrest him.
