    Default Honey Drizzle - Mahi Mahi

    One of my buddies neighbors has been promising us some "Honey Drizzle" for years. Last week it finally came to fruition and it was excellent. Salt, Pepper, and Blackening Season lightly browned in cast iron skillet then drizzled with honey and put in the oven @ 350° for 6 minutes.
