    Default Frogmore Stew

Steamed it instead of boiled it. Game changer

Tell me more, how’d you season it? Cook time?

    That looks fit to eat.

Couple inches of water on the bottom. Potatoes 20ish minutes, add sausage for 10, add corn for 10, add shrimp for 5-10. Seasoned with old bay after every layer.

Gets rid of the starchy flavor from the potatoes boiling. Shrimp taste better to me as well.
