I bought a Polar Kraft Jon boat from someone on here last year and have no idea who it was. I’ve used it one time and still haven’t registered it. It was an out of state seller. Will dnr let me title it?

Find a friend in a neighboring state write you a BOS. SC DNR don't care long as there isn't any back taxes owed if it ever lived in SC before going out of state.
