Ok dood...I started getting worried right about here when I initially read this post.
I used to be hooked on catching the bigs down at the blowout every March and April...it's one of the things I miss most after moving away. Glow-sticks and mini cow-bells interrupting the frogs and gators will do something unique to a man's soul for sure.

We have been using blacklights and fluorescent line for smallmouth since the '80's...

I used to night fish a lot and tried a black light. You'd need a surgical mask in most of the places I fished to keep from breathing the bugs attracted to it.

I think WWD and SW338 do the same drugs and/or pick the same shrooms. Once they get going, it's HARD to stop.

I’m a good boy now…not my particular choice, but I gotta be. But yes, I think SW and I have shared life experiences and woulda been too much for the average human to handle in a boat on the river back in the day. Ain’t going to lie…I miss it!
