Ricky is a good friend of mine and I have fished with him since we were teenagers.
If he is not available call John Parks of "Early Riser", another best friend that has won more tournaments than about anyone in NC

edited to add: I talk to John about everyday
He has been whacking the piss outta the dolphin at about 8 to 10 miles out all week too (I recommend this) Kings, Cobia nd Dolphin nearshore
Several cobia also this past week. He is as good as any for redfish too

John caught three cobia on Saturday's 1/2 day charter and the dolphin are still in really really close.
The dolphin in this pic was caught 3.5 miles off the beach this past weekend.
The nearshore dolphin will be around until the end of this month
I am heading down next week for a few days
