    Default Bologna

I am confident that I much prefer pork/chicken bologna to beef bologna.
I am extremely confident I dont want Boars Head or fancy beef bologna. I want cheap ass kroger brand pork/chicken one or, of course carolina pride.

Am I wrong? Enlighten me, if so.

Isn't bologna really just the garbage they sweep up off the floor at slaughter houses?

I ain't particular about brand it as long as it has a Red rind and is fairly thick sliced.

Slice of Onion, slice of hoop cheese , John Derst's bread. I have even gone all white table cloth and added a slice of tomato on occasion..

Thick cut, cast iron skillet, Durkee’s and some white bread.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Cut into chunks and pickled. Best eaten on a bar stool, at Sloan Street Tap Room, while drinking a cold beer.

That stuff was most of my nutrition for about 3 months, until the health department stopped Howard from refilling the jar with Bi Lo's cheapest. I miss the 70's.

I buy it in a 5lb roll. Cut whatever thickness you like.. I will often make myself a trailer park cheeseburger with it.. Cut it about 1.5" thick, and grill... can't beat it...

I've done a whole 5lb roll multiple times on the Egg. But will eat it cold straight out the fridge. Or fried.

    Doesn't much matter to me.
