What’s considered “high miles”?
Looking at 2005-2010ish model used machines…..700hrs/2800miles on a 2005 example….that high or normal use?

Depends on what make and model.

And how well previous owners took care of it.
perspective : 2800 miles is like its been driven across the entire country from SC to Cali
I will only buy one that’s well kept and serviced
Like everything else…guys wants 3k for their 02 rancher when you can get one 4-5yrs old for 5k
That '02 is more than likely the better deal. Excepting the obvious.
If it’s a Honda and has been serviced I’d go for it if it was priced decently. Anything else not a chance. I have three 2012 rancher 420’s at work that have several thousand hours on them with only annual oil changes and valve adjustments.
You missed the deal on my ArticCat Fellow member came down from West Virginia to get it bout 3-weeks ago. No belts on this Artic Cat. GOOD LUCK!
