    I've had Mississippi Kites follow me around on the tractor to catch bugs when mowing. Very cool birds. I look forward to them coming through every year. Occasionally there will be a Swallow Tail amongst them.

    swallowtail kites are cool.
    hell, MS kites are cool too.

    If he was truly getting dive-bombed, its likely a pair with a nest. If not, its just kites doing kite things.

    I still wanna know what I saw and heard.
    and some dolphin.

    Swallowtails are cool. Dad and I saw one a few weeks back down here.

    I know a guy that works with cargo ships that routinely sees peregrines sitting on the corner of boxes picking off birds. They'll stay on the boats until they get 20-30 miles offshore.
