I very rarely if at all click on these threads. I’m glad I did with this one. Wow what an euology. It amazes me how at peace some are with the horrible circumstances one is placed with. Godspeed…

Sorry for your loss. May he join your mother in heaven.

I'm currently with a terminally ill mother and anticipating the loss is horrible

Sounds like you were blessed with an incredible father. Prayers of comfort for you and your family.
Listen to your elders. Not because they are always right but because they have more experiences of being wrong.

Godspeed to your dad as he joins your mom in eternal rest. Great tribute to him, I get this mental pic of your parents standing hand in hand, looking down and smiling.
Peace and comfort to you and your family.

    Sorry for your loss man.

Lost my Dad in 2010 (82 yrs old) and Mom last year (93). Think I took for granted having healthy parents for so long

Sad thing with Mom was her mind was going in a hurry, that is tough to watch knowing nothing you can do.

I will go ahead and tell you now , Father痴 day will be tough one for you. Always remember the good times and by the pictures I can tell your Dad was a family man and did his job.

    RIP for your Dad

Prayers for you and your family

Incredible tribute, for sure. May we all be the men to our children that our fathers were to us......
