    Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

    No. That's someone else. That was 1967 31 that he rebuilt. I think that was it. He's a family friend. That boat is in the Bahamas now. That old 25' mako is a beast.
