Taking it easy today. 960 mile round trip yesterday whooped me. Benefit clays shoot tomorrow. Probably gonna have to wear muck boots on the course, but the weather should be nice

Went and bought shrimp from Fontaine's. Haven't settled on what to do with them. Kind of gloomy out there today for sure...

One things for sure, it’s ten times better than any fast food chain restaurant around here. It’s a buffet style restaurant but I always order online for the whole office and pick it up to go. I eat it once a week.

I haven’t tried the one in Hemingway.

Hemingway is legit. Damned good people too.

If I go to eat in Conway, I usually hit the Crafty Rooster. They had a spell there where the food suffered but it's picked back up. They used to have a fair amount of talent working there but it's slid too.

I know that spot. It is excellent but you definitely have to know Spanish or hope that someone is eating what you want so you can point at it.

I haven't tried the Crafty Rooster but I'll pick up lunch from Pickled Cucumber next door to them occasionally.

Got off of nightshift and caught a couple hours of sleep, got up tended to the garden and chickens then sent the kids off to Great Wolf Lodge. Relaxing in the hammock and listening to the sprinkler run looking forward to the Friday night festivities. Gonna be a good weekend! Cheers boys!

Got 6 dozen quail eggs to boil and drop in the pickle jar, 3 dozen quail eggs to drop in in the incubator, a dozen jumbo quail to put in the freezer, 7 dozen chicken eggs to lockdown for hatching and a trip to the feed store. Just a fishing trip away from living the dream.

Missed that. Did Cowboy Kent's pork chops (tons of lime). Cooked the shrimp in the reduction sauce. Edisto Seafood shrimp. Fine eating compared to the new restaurant above Dockside last night, but they will find their legs...
