    Default Santee BASS Event

Brandon Cobb getting it done on cypress trees.

A lesson for amateurs: "I shook that fish off yesterday". It was a 7 lbers that he will weigh in today. He shook off a good many yesterday. Most amateurs catch them during practice.......and can't figure out what happened on tournament day.

The question is did he have his kill switch on?
    Yup, he's crazy...

like a fox. The dude may be coming in a little too hard and crazy but 90% of everything he says is correct.

You have to in a bass Event while the motor is running,.... or get disqualified.

NPFL is coming to santee next month if y'all are familiar with that tour. Know a guy fishing it. They were in texas this past weekend and his post popped up on my instagram. I looked at the tournament website and saw where the winner was DQ'd on sunday. They fish a 70 angler field all 3 days thursday through saturday. Guy forgot to buy his texas fishing license so got disqualified. Cost him 100k for first place!!!

You talk him well. He just caught a 4 lber and culled a 2.5 lber. He's in 4th now.

2th doc all that training worked today (lol), Brandon had 24-15 and jumped into 2nd place. Hopefully he can keep it going, he said fishing is tough even though the weighs don’t show it. Think he said he has only caught 7 fish each day. Just the right ones. He is about 4lbs. Behind the leader.

Tomorrow the weather looks like it might show out, let’s hope Brandon can hold on!

Good gracious the cats are biting, not sure about bass. My neighbor just sent me a pick of a fresh water grouper he caught off my pier..

And yes the illegal brush piles have been moved.

How about all that pea-gravel under your dock?

    Did you move it too?

Otter I saw some old pics today on facebook of you that predated my start. are you a member of the Old Fuji employee page?

And I hope Brandon can grab the big ones before Luke...something about him that I just don't care for. Erin was even asking how Brandon was doing this morning when she saw I had it on when she came downstairs.

Luke is a great dude, stayed with us when they fished Murray. Rooting for those boys, ought to be interesting tomorrow with the wind if they get to fish.
