Brandon wound up 6th, pretty good tournament overall. He averaged over 20lbs. Per day. Patrick Walters finished up 4th, and Jason Williamson finished 9th. Good SC representation. Drew Benton rallied from 10th today with a 26-7 lbs bag to win. They are off to Santee for practice starting in the morning and tournament starts Thursday.

I’ve been to Santee 6 times this spring and have caught 7 bass.

Don’t think I’ll be signing up!

I don’t remember it being this tough 20 years ago when I stopped bass fishing

Most of the guys I know that still fish a lot tell me it’s getting tougher every year.

Someone has a chance at a large bag this week, the bite has been really good!

When DJP told me that the Coloradans were flocking here to get away from the Nazi libs, I was suspect. Took about 3 minutes of googling to see that it was for damned sure right. That was closer to 5 years ago than today...

Thanks for lining Trace up to meet Brandon! He was pumped!

I think some will figure Santee out while others will wish they were still on Murray.

I think Murray will average more pounds per bag.

I think Cat Daddy is correct. Can't wait to see it!

Murray, Hartwell, and Santee have been quite impressive for the pros over the last few years. I think the best three lakes on the circuit.

    Bobby,
Brandon was really impressed with Trace, very nice and polite young man that knew a lot about bass fishing and Brandon loves to talk bass fishing. He reminded me of Brandon at that age, live and breath fishing.
