I watched that video and am amazed that them 2 officers were able to navigate that school as quickly as they did while toting balls the size of a D9 dozer.


Those 2 were on a mission and nothing was going to stand in their way. Now THAT is a true hero and I hope whenever some type of heroism award is given by the US govt that they are both recipients. Not some damn basketball player or other celebrity

They are men doing men things. They aren't men chopping their balls off, so unfortunately they will not qualify for an award. So I hope they read all of our praise and they receive very much more in person. They saved countless lives, and did it with out hesitation knowing they were putting their own lives in peril.

Uvalde police were some chickenshit bastards. It ain't easy confronting real danger. Kind of like us in the fire service waiting for the house to burn down before we look for victims. Congrat to Nashville for having some real balls in the face of some very extreme danger. What hero's!!!

While I do commend them for what they did, there was some hesitation in them entering the building. He kept waiting and calling for a backup who was on scene gathering his items from his car. I have been to several classes on active shooters, and it's taught differently in each, but my personal philosophy was if I was ever put in the situation to have to enter, I was going in. Fuck whoever else, Y'all can catch up. And that's been pretty much the standard taught in SC.

But I did go to a federal class that taught "Backup, cover, and safety is key and that you should not enter without a cover officer." but it was geared more towards larger departments that had partners riding with the officers. Here in the south that's not common...

I'm proud there are still men left that are doing this. We can all say what we would do, but until you're in the position you dont know what you will do. We just witnessed what these gentlemen did.

I have prayed for these guys several times today.

A) These gentlemen are going to have to recover from taking a life. Yes, the person was evil, it had to die it was a threat that wasnt stopping. But you still have to deal with taking a life when you're by your self and the hype calms down and you're alone at night.

B). Due to these guys names being posted in the videos dont be surprised if the twisted warped deviants do not start posting online death threats to these guys and their families for killing one of their own. Generally making their lives hell, and God forbid if any of these freaks actually take it to the next level and start committing acts of violence against these folks and their families.

These people are sick insane people. Once this calms down Reddit, and the Democrat underground will be full of folks claiming one of their family/friends has been wrongfully taken from this earth, and vengeance must be taken.

No hesitation. My man was waiting for his cover officers to grab their gear. When clearing a large facility, you never just run by an unsecured door. Clearing rooms is not a 1 man job. But, had there been no other officers on scene, the first guy would probably just have gone in alone.
