    In 10 years there will no OTC non resident hunting anywhere for anything. Youll have to draw a permit to shoot prairie dogs. Too many people for too small of a resource. Example. The WMA still hunt for hogs were a couple of weeks ago. There were 20 head camped at one of the boat landings in Woodbury, all from PA ,OH, NY and NJ. My son ( fishing) asked how did they find this place? You tube and hunting forums. There were that many from the PBS, Profession Bowhunters Society, camped at another. They had it advertised on their website. A fella thats used to be on this site was recruiting folks on Trad Gang.

    They were transplants that hadn't registered their vehicles in SC yet.

    Some probably were, most were not. Lots of upstate’s. They’re practically Yankees.
