    Default Surveyor Needed

    We need a surveyor in Northern Coastal Charleston County to plot a possible road to submit to the county. We know it will take forever for possible approval but if we had done this at the beginning it would all be over now. I talked to one about it over a year ago and he didn't want to mess with it. So, who ya got?
