I don't follow directions well. Forgot to add current sled...

    2008 Triton 1756 (hyperlift clone)
2022 90 SHO w/ big tiller, no hydraulic steering, Bob's Kickback Jac

Just realized this is in the Saltwater Fishing Forum. I don't put this in salt, but I've already taken the time to make the post, so....

Current hunting boats are a 1656 Havoc MarshRunner with a 60 Mercury and a 1436 War Eagle with a 25 evinrude. My dad bought me the war eagle when I was 14 years old and it has hauled a many ducks and deer. I only use it for hunting places where a wider boat won't fit.

If I need a live well for bass fishing its either a 17ft bass tracker with a 90 yamaha or an 18ft Xpress with a Mercury 115 pro xs.
I'd love to hear the story leading up to the deer pic. Please post a pic of the mount. Studly.

I guess I never take pictures of my boats. Picture from the day I bought my Grady, 23’ Gulf Stream with Yamaha 150’s. Old xpress with a 25 2 stroke.

    I’ll play…

First boat was a 2008 Triton 1756SC with an evinrude etec 60. Great boat and could kick the crap out of it.

Current sled is a 2020 Ranger RB190 with a Yamaha VMAX 115SHO. Love this boat and it’s a rocket on the water when I need it to be. Family loves it and it’s all we would want or need to for great weekends on the water.

My and my brother’s first and only boat for years was an Old Town. To this day is has seen more ducks than any other boat I’ve owned.

My first boat was a 1436 polar Kraft and 9.5 Johnson seahorse.

I was 15 and had a summer job at Greenwood Saw Company, loading and unloading equipment for customers, putting together lawn mowers and go carts when a shipment came in and learning how to work on small engines. Pay was $5.15hr, 40hrs a week and 4hrs on Saturday for cash, after taxes I made about $185 a week. Dad would drop me off and pick me up on his way to and from work and I’d catch a ride to lunch with a guy from the shop. One day at the end of the summer we were eating supper and dad asked me what I wanted to do with my money. I said buy a boat. Mom laughed but Dad told her it was my money, I had worked for it and could spend it how I saw fit. We found the boat down in prosperity for $850, found an old trailer for $100 and went to work to make it road worthy. I was replacing the bearings and the inner race wouldn’t come off. Got mad and hit it one time with a hammer.16yrs later a piece of stainless is still lodged in my middle finger on my right hand, that knuckle gets pretty stiff on real cold mornings. It’s still sitting over behind the shop at my parents house. I need to clean it out and put it in some farm ponds this summer.

Current “sled” is a 1648 grizzly tracker with a 25hp Suzuki, bought it from a cousin right at 3yrs ago.

I wish I had a picture of my first boat. It was an old 1436 flat bottom riveted jon boat, no clue who the manufacturer was with a 7.5hp Johnson. I think I was around 8 years old when my parents turned me loose with it on the lake. They upgraded me to a 15hp evinrude at around 10 years old. I thought I ruled the upper lake with that little boat.
