That looks kinda weak to me. A fistfight is not a threat to your life, no reason to pull out a gun. Either throw them hands or walk away.

That’s an old one. Prior altercations. Good shoot

It looked legit to me. He warned him. Plenty have died in fist fights. I know it sounds silly, but it's not unheard of. Funny how his tone changed from tough guy to whiney bitch.

    Good shoot in my book.

Without knowing a little more background, but based on what I saw assuming the shooter was not in violation of any law(s) or being the aggressor...
    100% justified.

    Yup. Justified.

Just wanted to say that because of my profile pic.
    And because it is.

    That’s all.

Good shoot. He was warned multiple times and kept on being the aggressor.

If you get in a fist fight, what makes you so sure the other guy will stop if he knocks you out?

If you find yourself in a fair fight, you failed to prepare properly.

Liberal court: He had the option to flee and deescalate.

Ducks Court: He got warned repeatedly and then got dead.

Seems like a lot of trouble to put yourself in to hope for the latter in a world full of the former. Yes he had the right to stand his ground. Did he have the right to kill the guy with no weapon. I mean tubby didn’t exactly look like Mike Tyson or have the moves of Bruce Lee.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I know I’ve heard more than a few people say their hands are registered as deadly weapons.

I had a gun pulled on me one time. I did not call the guy any names after the gun was pulled. I hauled ass. I am not talking shit to a man that is pointing a gun at me. Please note that the gun getting pulled on me was not my fault, and I didn’t provoke the guy beforehand.
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right

Plenty of people are dead or no longer able to walk/talk/function because of a punch to the noggin'... that was a perfectly justified shoot.

My friend Skinny K**lum got beat to death in a fist fight while drunk and fishing
on the creek bank 40 years ago. Nothing used but bare hands by either.
Though, he was a mouthy angry drunk bully and checked in at 6'4 240lbs a much smaller man took it to his ass.
Folks back home still talking about "Skinny ran his mouth to the wrong fella"

There are two stories here and we need to hear from the other guy.

He acknowledged that fella had a handgun and then took his shirt off to challenge him…seems like he was irrational and under the influence. FAFO
