Not great. I fished as a coangler to try and learn the lake. Managed to catch a decent one though. Weights were down yesterday. That weather the night before changed something. It ought to be right when Trace is there later in the month.

Go into Wyboo, when you pass under the powerlines it’s the first cove on the right.

The practice day is Friday the 24th. AND you cannot receive any fishing information 10 days prior to the tournament. Per the rules.

You are right, I don’t know why I thought the 22nd was a Friday but that is the day I meant.

We have actually bee way too conservative on the information piece. Up until last week I though it was 30 days.

Where did you see 10 days though? Off limits is Sunset the Sunday before until Sunrise Friday.

This is a state championship and has different rules

You can't get info from anyone who has fished in the last 30 days before the tournament.

That's per Tony Gray. I asked him today at Blacks.

Just have people post the intel on a public forum and you're good. If only there were a public internet forum where people talked about hunting and fishing stuff...

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!
