    Fish - this is going to scare the heck out of you but LRH and I have talking about this for a year and I just got serious about starting the research this morning before your post. I've included a screenshot of a text I sent to my wife as proof.

    I have caught all of those in SC multiple times. Wish I could say that I never caught or even saw a spotted bass. Thanks again tournament bass fishermen...

    Starting to look at it now, probably April for Jocassee - I was going to bring the duck boat with a small trolling motor so I don't have to drag the big boat all the way up from Charleston. LR's got a bass pond on his property with a few nice bass so I thought we'd take the largemouth photos there and get the smallmouth from Cola. But, I agree, it looks like all four are possible at Jocassee and the spotted and Bartram's and spotted almost have to be from there. I need to look at reserving a campsite now, though.

    I believe that they have caught smallies as far South as Lake Marion, but they may be a bastardized brand of fish. I have caught them in the Saluda below the Murray dam. (There are none in the Broad River though)
