Y’all are damn strong. And Glenn, your wife is a beast. That’s an impressive thruster.

    That’s impressive Glen!
Just getting back from a partial tear in my gastrocnemius at the start of Jan. Started running again first of December and when I was pulling a trap out of the ground I lifted my hills off the ground and pop. Took a short break then back at it. Been a long process from 215 but now I’m back down to about 178 to 180 consistently and lifting/running almost 5 days a week. Lift then running 1 to 2 miles or playing basketball.

That’s a good score. What’s the name of your gym?

    Partner WOD
    50 wallballs 30/20
    30 dumbbell snatches 50/35
    70 wallballs
    50 dumbbell snatches
    50 wallballs
    30 dumbbell snatches
    14 minute time cap.

We broke this into 10 reps alternating. I thought we were done after the last wall ball set and I wasted 15 seconds getting back to the dumbbell. We missed finishing by one snatch. Also, a 30# ball is heavy af over that many reps.

I don't mind WB's. I train with a 30 most of the time . Makes the 20# when you go back no problem . Good workout
