I didn't do it. I'm on a schedule and that one on Friday didn't check any of the boxes I needed checked.

I did an 18 min AMRAP of heavy power cleans, GHD sit up and wall balls

    3 PC @ 185
    15 GHD
    20 WB

    6 full rounds.

This. I have zero use for the majority of the gymnastics movements in Crossfit. Handstands, handstand walks, muscle ups, kipping anything can all suck it. No one will ever convince me kipping pullups are good for your shoulders...??

I've had one shoulder surgery and don't want another. That's the main reason I don't do snatches anymore. I will still kip a pull up but it's a slow and controlled movement. I don't let gravity slam me down to full extension with a hard stop. But I will NEVER do another butterfly pull up. I worked hard to learn that skill and it about led to my second shoulder surgery. Dumb ego trip almost cost me there. Same reason I don't worry about muscle ups. I'm functionally sound and strong through all components of that movement and don't need that skill for any reason.

I've seen torn meniscus from pistols, wrecked necks/disc from HSPU and jacked up wrist from hand stand walks. I'm good.

Haven't been doing them for a while as I've been rehabbing an elbow injury. Just got cleared from PT today, did 4x3 last week, strict and on the rings. Felt good.

Working my way back up to sets of 5, I've done quite a few times. I've got no reason to lie about what I can and can't do. If I feel like it, I'll put a video up in a few weeks so I can show yall what strong looks like.

23.2 is a two part wod.

23.2A - 15 minute AMRAP starts with 5 burpee pull-ups and 10 shuttle runs. The burpee pull-ups increase by 5 reps each round.

23.2B - in 5:00 minutes, establish a one rep max thruster.

I got 110 Rx reps and 185# thruster. That last 4 minutes was a gasser.
