I think that's part of the equation, but there was more to it I believe. Also as a private institution they have a lot more money to "give away" than a state funded school.
Just an example... it would cost R more to attend Clemson than it going to cost her to attend AU. Simply because AU is private and has more to give.

Ethan Petry is a freaking pro-level...I mean a major league level freshman. His approach at the plate is that of a veteran, top-tier major leaguer, and he's a true freshman. They are talking about him winning Frosh POY; can someone show me ANY player in college baseball that has played better from start to finish than this guy? Absolutely incredible.

This sums it up best….
The only reason they split with LSU is because Kingston took Veach out too early but I digress, it was easy to see they’re a better team than LSU.
I don’t care about the vandy series. Screw them, their coach, and their fake field.
UT series will be a fun one to watch. They seem to be finding themselves after struggling all year.
Can someone explain to me how the hell Ole Miss and Miss St are as bad as they are?
