Don’t want to get ahead of my skis…not going to do it….but it’s hard to hit like the yard cocks just hit for three games in BP. Pitching was always going to be the strength of the team this year, and the way Mahoney pitched, it’s looking better than previewed. If the bats weren’t a complete fluke this weekend, this team could be special. That said, it’s baseball, and I have zero expectations….for the sake of my sanity, I’m not going to let myself expect anything more than possible post season play. Yup.

See. I shoulda just stuck with my plan...but ooooh no. I had to go off and move the expectations off of zero and then it got out of hand, and here I am hoping that the team will reset and get their mojo back. Why do I do this to myself?
