Pretty sure it goes to the highest ranked team. The bracket predetermined what regional winner will play which other regional winner, but the home field advantage is determined by both regional winner’s ranking. Carolina being 15, Texas Tech being unranked, super would be hosted by Carolina. If Florida were to pull it off, they would host being the #2 seed.
Somebody correct me if wrong, but I’m certain that’s how it works. I believe it it is 2 unranked, records determine the host.

Close...highest national seed hosts. If no national seeds remain, it is left up to committee discretion based upon the host packet submitted. For instance, this year...even thogugh Oral Roberts has a better record than Oregon, one can feel pretty confident that as a 4 seed they did not submit to host. Oregon should host the SR due to faciities and income generating potential of Eugene vs Tulsa.
And the CHEERLEADERS....most defintitely get the nod becasue fo the cheerleaders.
