    Default TOMO Youth Hunt

I wish I'd started mentoring a long time ago! This is probably the 5th or 6th year now at Bonneau Ferry.

Very cool when my oldest son hunted with a young fella who I took 3 years ago and watched him kill his first duck. He killed 3 woody's and one was a great looking drake. I had his little brother on this hunt and he knocked down two Ringers and we lost 'em and he was all over a couple more but just couldn't finish em. Here's a little video. I was trying to will that duck to fall!

The young lady had never duck hunted and she limited out on Ringnecks! It was a great time!
Listen to your elders. Not because they are always right but because they have more experiences of being wrong.

I've taken a youth there a time or two - it's a tough hunt. Good job.
