    Default Wood duck box dimensions

    Got a buddy who bought some cedar planks to build duck boxes. The planks were supposed to be 1x10. He did not realize until after cutting that store had mistakenly given him 1 x 8. Y'all reckon if he builds boxes out of the 1 x 8 planks that they will be big enough for the woodies to use?

    Yeah. You will be fine. They nest in all sorts of holes in trees.
    More important to keep it with clean shavings and make sure the predator guard is right.
